Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MetaFlux Engineering Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, providing additional notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
